# ER103 a high activity, zinc chloride-free water-soluble flux designed to deliver strong solder flow, enable soldering automotive copper/brass radiator and heater soldering applications. ER103 is recommended for radiator core baking via ovens reflowed and for heater core face dip soldering. This formulation is designed to produce very clean soldered surface and minimal residues after soldering compared with zinc-chloride based fluxes. Contamination of solder-pot is not an issue, unlike zinc chloride fluxes
