#1123 is a new performance solvent formulated to
remove solder-paste, epoxy or
masking ink residue from stencils, squeegees and tools. It is an excellent all purpose
cleaner and degreaser, compatible to be used for rosin-based, no-clean and
water-soluble type of solder paste stencil cleaning application.
#1123 is also suitable for general cleaning and degreasing. #1123
can be used to soften and removed spitted carbonized organic
/ rosin flux residue, accumulated in the SMT oven wall zone during reflowed. This solvent works best in ultrasonic machine and immersion cleaning equipment to remove polar and non-polar contaminants like rosin residue, grease or light oils from SMT stencil and circuit boards assembly. #1123 is compatible with most plastic types and elastomers.
Prior release for Production use, test for compatibility on object to be cleaned. Apply
cleaner solution with desired applicator and scrub briskly. After area or
object has been thoroughly cleansed, rinsed with clean water or wiped with a moist clean cloth. |
