This is a multi function watersoluble flux, No halogen / halide free flux . its multi function comprises jobs as striping, assemblying and coating of component leads .
It save a lot of works as in coil production, it strips the insulated wire and coat the wire with solder simultanously .
Halogen free flux is less corrosive as ordinary watersoluble flux, since a lot of copper residue which will be carried down to the solder pot, it will shorten the life of the solder , as the consequence, can save a lot of money for solder renewal greatly.
The strength of solderability is excellent, stronger soldering force as good as those of halide type. |
