DESCRIPTION
# VS6020 is a halide-free, water-soluble flux for vertical hot air leveling soldering.
This flux is designed for higher reliability PCBs where halide may caused detrimental reliabilities problem if post residuals were not fully washed away.
Being halide-Free, VS6020 will reduce up to 70% less Copper contamination impurity drag-in into the solder-pot versa a Chloride/Bromide based flux. VS6020 has excellent activation levels and good wetting for complete solder coverage. It has medium viscosity for general hot air leveling needs.
