No Clean Lead Free flux for  Light Bulb manufacturers.

Previously, Light bulb manufacturers use Zinc Oxide flux for their production.  Since there was no concept of environmental ,  Leads of the bulbs were made of high content of lead as electrodes.

At present,  the whole world are environmental requesting  the Lead Free electrodes for the light bulbs, thence the Zinc oxide flux are no more valid for production.

Our company has foreseen this stage, so that we have developed a new Lead Free Light bulbs environmental flux for application by naked fire or soldering iron, and besides, our flux is of No Clean type  that has no water pollution problem, so that  raise production and  incured less expenditure .

Flux is RoHs compliant.
