We sell the Core Fluxes for making solder wires. Solder wires making are of many kinds, we can supply the Core Fluxes to the manufacturers of solder wire.
There are :
* Aluminium Core Flux: For soldering of Aluminium with Tin solder Wires (Lead and /or Lead Free)
* Stainless steel Core Flux: For soldering of Stainless Steel with Tin solder Wires ( Lead and/ or Lead Free)
* Fuse Core Flux: For soldering of Fuse, it requires a very little quantity less than 1% as the core in the solder wire. So that the solderability has to be considered good enough.
* Solder Wire Core Flux: Normal Core Flux for making ordinary solder wire, but we can provide this core flux with highest resistance ( 4.5 power to 13 Ohm) for the initial reading in the humidity test, and 3.5 power to 12 Ohm after the 48 hrs.
The area of spread is 80%.
No smell.
No spiting that the resin will burn the fingers of the users..
Our core flux is not made of chloride as the activator for it will be leakage for some Lead Free soldering.
Our core flux will not posed any electro-migration failures if used on Lead-free alloys,
commonly caused by certain commercially available core fluxes.
