Sn96.5% + Ag3% + Cu 0.5%

The above mentioned patented composition has the merits of lower melting point and its physical properties are generally be accepted by majority users.
The merit of low melting point solder signify the lessening of dross forming and provide more safety envirnoment for electronic components .
Other kinds of Lead Free solders also available (Sn Cu), it is the most cheapest kind with Anti Oxidant additive which prohibiting the formation of dross tremendously, otherwise that requires more touchup reworking and lowered the production rate for making profit.
The dross can only be sold in very cheap price . |
